About Me
Currently, I am an Engineering Manager at Fueled (formerly 10up), a full-service agency known for working with notable clients such as the State of California, Google, TIME, ESPN, and BBC America. My specialization lies in enterprise-level engineering and workflow management, where I collaborate with a range of stakeholders, project managers, and engineers to deliver digital solutions.
In my role, I actively consult with key stakeholders, executives, department heads, and business owners. By listening to their goals, requirements, and vision, I ensure a deep understanding of their needs and translate them into actionable development plans.
As part of a larger team, I foster close collaboration with fellow engineers, creating an environment of knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and cross-functional cooperation. By incorporating industry best practices, such as code reviews, documentation, automated testing, and continuous integration and deployment, we maintain a robust and scalable codebase.
In addition to my technical skills, I possess strong interpersonal and communication abilities, which enable me to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. I excel at conveying complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring a shared understanding among all parties involved.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led large-scale enterprise projects, working with multi-disciplinary teams, complex stakeholder ecosystems, and diverse technological landscapes. By effectively managing expectations, aligning priorities, and facilitating collaboration, I consistently deliver solutions that meet and exceed client requirements.

Interests
In my free time, I have the opportunity to coach and mentor youth ice hockey at an rink owned by the Dallas Stars. Working with kids ranging in age from three to eighteen years old brings me immense joy. Teaching them the values of hard work and perseverance is something I take great pride in. Being a positive role model is of utmost importance to me, and every time I step on the ice, I am dedicated to patiently nurturing their growth as both players and individuals. I strive to instill in them the importance of doing the right thing, even when nobody is watching. Ultimately, my goal is to help shape their character and see them thrive.
During my twenties, I embarked on a journey as a freelance web developer and a PADI certified scuba dive instructor. This unique combination allowed me to leverage my skills while embracing a remote work lifestyle that enabled me to travel the world before it became a trend. I had the privilege of living in fascinating destinations such as the Fiji Islands, where I worked at a remote, family-operated dive resort. I also had memorable experiences in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and even dedicated time to volunteer for a non-profit organization in Uganda, Africa. Each place enriched my perspective on the world and gifted me with incredible friendships. If you’d like to read more about my adventures, feel free to visit my personal blog.
